First off, WOW. This is gorgeous. I'm really really loving the fact that you kept the whites from the paper. As a watercolorist, I respect that, as it is really easy to get carried away and put color in EVERYTHING. Your skill in controlling the color is also really really excellent, as well as creating form without using any hard lines from pen or pencil. While I feel that the shadows are a bit weak, I don't have any major objections to anything in the piece. The couple with the umbrella is exceptional , as are the tiny little implied leaves above them. Well done!
First off, I have to say that this artwork is very well done. The artist carefully made sure that the watercolors did not run together and ruin the picture. The colors, the shading, and the hues work very well together and comes together perfectly. The shading tells the viewer that the two people are taking a walk in the early evening. The people that were painted very well and the colors do not mix together. The detail is wonderful. There is enough detail to make the viewer want to just sit and stare at the scene in front of them, but it does not over power their senses.
