The details are so clear, yet distorted. The way it is drawn, it reminds me of Uzumaki by Junji Ito. The black and white and grey contrast helps to make the mood more terrifying and the scenery more creepy, while also giving a greater sense of making it feel real. The clouds have a lot of detail, and are still distorted to keep with the feel of the drawing. The building is so detailed, that the more you look at it, the better it looks because there is so much to see, such as the figure on the second floor. The doors look cartoony, but still believable. It took me a minute to see the woman holding the umbrella, because she fits in this world so well. Great, awesome, fantastic!
I love the lighting in this one, it does fit the title to have light breaking through the dark clouds. The whorl of lines centering around the girl with the umbrella draws in the focus on her wonderfully.
With all the little lines that u did, it sort of reminds me of Vincent Van Gogh of how he paints. The overlapping of paint Van Gogh does, is very similar to what you did in your artwork. Its very Mystique, and flowy. The way the line moves, the eye will follow, like an illusion. Its very Beautiful, Great work!! XD
