Fingerprint - Rainfall

I absolutely love the flow you have created with the dashed lines.
It almost suggests the unstable nature of the air thermals.

You have done an excellent job with contour lines and varying thicknesses to create the textures and shadows of your piece.
Your composition choice works having lighter tones along the horizon while the ground and clouds exude deeper tones.
If you were to cut the work in half horizontally, the bottom half is comprised of simple shading and the upper half is very detailed.
This choice focuses the eye very well to the couple in the mid area.

This resonated personally with me because it was reminiscence of where I grew up and the unable air from that climate.
It has an unstable nature to it though, as I mentioned before, it all flows together wonderfully.
It has that free spirit sort of feel.
