First off interesting piece,

Pros: Strong composition utilizing rule of 2/3, direction line and contrast control for focus. Interesting hatching method that creates energy and motion and reminds me of Van Gohg's Starry Night the way it moves. Simple yet complex execution. Great atmosphere which to me feel ominous and intense.

Cons: The biggest thing that pops out to me is the you have one of the darker clouds hang over the figures heads just a little too closely. I feel that this crowds and weakens the figures and the nice contrast that you have created as the focus. If there had a been just tad more lighter clouds around them it would have been stronger. Lastly, when taking a close look I see some impatience in he pen work, like it was rushed, but since the piece is so large you really have to look close for that and so I am just being nit picky about it.

All in all very powerful piece. Hope that helps.

This time your use of value turned out much better :D but if you are going for realistic value there is still some problems as it would either have to get lighter further away or get darker further away and not be evenly distributed.

Again your use of technique is astounding :D I love how you used swirly brushstrokes so the viewer can't rest anywhere in the image and has their eyes constantly moving around it.
However, I feel this may be too much movement and it would be nice to have a resting point like maybe the figures in the background if they were darker/stood out and were clearer?

Overall I think you did a great job here as well with your piece :) and rendering of texture and movement :D Trés bien. C'est magnifique :D (sorry my French est mal >.>...I haven't spoken it since Grade 9 about 5 years ago or so XD)

Great style and composition and a fantastic atmosphere. Somehow this reminds me of "The Scream" by Edvard Munch.
