This is a wonderful drawing! There is so much texture and fine details throughout this work, yet you have successfully managed to keep the focus on the silhouetted figure and the "brighter" view of the city square ahead by balancing the shading and highlights. I also love the blurry effect that the edges have. This, combined with the texture of the cross-hatching, makes it seem as if I am looking at a figure ducking out of the rain, or looking into a flashback on TV.
