Don't know if I'm worthy to critique your work but I will try. Having seen other watercolors of yours I have grown to love the subtleties of your images, the free movement of your brush strokes especially, without urgency of purpose. I see this particular work as a vision in your dream of loneliness but in search of someone. The colors I believe bring a warmth to the night with no concern for the nighttime air. I am especially fascinated by the shading used in the foliage to bring it to life. The main structure gives the piece the dreamlike appearance because you are left wondering if that someone that you are searching for is behind one of those windows. The very blackness of the sky causes the lights in the windows to glow and the wash of light on the walkway is amazing.This piece is elegant yet warm. 5 stars across the board.
