I'm sorry for taking so long to get to this >.>...and wow pen and ink I've only done that once but I'll do my best to critique it
Your technique is very well done and I can see no areas for improvement in that, where I do see area for improvement though is in your compositions. Here you leave a lot of white space at the top and then have the black/really dark trees to the side, which is taking away some attention from the beautifully detailed city. Even if you copy from a photo don't be afraid to change that photo to suit your art piece let the art speak for itself after and do what's best for the art (I don't know if you did use a photo here though) Also the sky in the middle acts as a plane to separate the two areas, it's very rigid/traditional and reminds me of older art pieces...I feel like the two areas could be integrated more so they are on the same plane.

Also there is some small value problems... the clouds here are darker than the sky, which can be okay in some cases but feels a bit weird here because the rest of the sky is left white. Try doing some practice from black and white photos to help you get the value down better maybe?

If you practice with composition I think your works will be perfect because your technique really is amazing especially in the way you easily render many different textures This piece is very beautiful Thanks for sharing
